Product Description

Flexpress 100 is an intumescent strip with a graphite base and a high expension capability. Flexpress is a fibreless material and expands three-dimensionally during fire. The expansion process begins at a relatively temperature of 130°C and continues even when high temperatures are reached (>900°C). |

Applications
Flexpress 100 is especially suitable for the following applications:
- Filling joints between fire-resistant doors and frames, roller-shutters, windows and the adjacent walls
- Filling joints betweem building elements
- Jointing wall junctions and filling of cavities in junctions, pipe ducting and cable compartments
Available sizes
| Flexpress 100 can be supplied in rolls or strips in thicknessess ranging from 0.8 - 2.5 mm and in widths between 9 and 340 mm. Flexpress can also be supplied with a self-adhesive layer with PVC or aluminum backing. |
